Travel Tech

15 years of travel technology experience, spanning commercial global technical account management; to senior product roles, including leadership of a nine-team SAFe Agile Release Train with over 100 contributors. Product work included leading B2B SaaS product teams delivering against a revised strategy of unified Fares, Pricing and Search Optimisation solutions for industry leading TMCs. Additionally developing emerging reissues API capabilities for airline retail and distribution systems for OTAs and leading TMCs.

Urban Mobility

Led the post-COVID rebuild of the product organisation for the UK’s leading B2C (D2C) parking app, including hiring and developing a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, Product Owners and UX researchers/designers. This work focused on restoring market leadership, meeting payment regulatory frameworks, and regaining the number one App position within the UK parking App category. Alongside this, successfully navigated the product organisation through multiple mergers and acquisitions, integrating product teams and portfolios while minimising impact on individuals and maintaining delivery momentum and organisational effectiveness

EV Charging

Experience extending beyond Product and into Proposition leadership, ensuring both commercial and operational success. This includes building, managing and sustaining high-value commercial and technical partnerships to enable the delivery of integrated Park & Charge solutions. Work has involved broad cross-organisational stakeholder engagement, from collaborating with senior leadership teams on strategic pivots to coordinating go-to-market execution. This also includes alignment across legal contracting, finance and reconciliation and operations to ensure organisational readiness, alongside supporting sales enablement and commercial rollout.
