By combining deep sector knowledge with a focus on both organisational and user value, David enables clients to reduce risk, sharpen decision-making and deliver meaningful, sustainable product outcomes.

The most ambitious visions and elegant strategies mean little without true alignment across an organisation. Real progress happens when every team and individual understands not just what they are building, but why; it matters why priorities are set, what value is being pursued, and how their contribution will connect to a larger mission. Product leadership is turning vision into shared belief. When people are aligned around a clear purpose, momentum grows and visions become tangible for customers and users. Meaningful change demands courage to take risks, humility to learn from what doesn’t work, and leadership that creates and support innovation. The organisations that succeed are not those that avoid uncertainty, but those are aligned against a common goal, and willing to embrace change in the pursuit of grow.
